Message from the Director

To put it bluntly, the system favoured those who learned at a swift academic pace through traditional "chalk and talk" methods. Every child can learn, but not every child learns in the same way.

Fast-forward a few years, and as an educator, researcher, and consultant, I have come to understand that building an inclusive environment depends not only on content delivery but also on proactively creating a space where every student's educational needs are met. Understanding individual learning needs and devising appropriate teaching methods accordingly are essential components of a successful inclusive education strategy.

My experience as a teaching assistant working with children with special needs has taught me that including those who think and act differently does not have to be an onerous task. One step at a time, little by little, we can transform systems to accommodate the diverse needs of everyone.
